World's Smallest V12

World's Smallest V12
We are marveling at this upload from CarMovies.de

If patience is a virtue then the dude who built this, The World's Smallest V12, must be the most virtuous of all! We cannot even imagine how long, and how much skill, it took to make this small-scale, working V12 engine. Amazing.

Now we want to see it power something! What do you think it's best suited to get shoved into? How about a kids-size car?

For a full-size version check out this Vanquished Mustang that's got an Aston's V12 under the hood!

LS3 and Chevy II Motors on the Simtester

LS3 and Chevy II Motors on the Simtester
If you've ever wanted to see a motor working up close and personal, you're gonna like these two uploads from engine machining based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

John Edwards is the man in charge and he knows a thing or two about engines (like 24 years' worth).

First up on the Simtester is a Chevy II Engine that's actually a Mercury Marine 181, based on the 153 4 cylinder, that powered the Chevy II. The motor's gonna get a CF fuel injection, headers, Vertex mag, big-valve and high compression head, plus a bunch of other internal mods to power a 1923 track rod open-top coupe.

Next, see how far we've come in engineering by getting a better look at the workings of a newly-assembled LS3 motor

Click here to see what an LS3 can do when it's attached to a car (ie: the C6)...plus enjoy some naked posing by a hot girl. Bonus!

Car & Kid = Cute

Car & Kid = Cute

Yeah, yeah, we said cute. So sue us! What can we say, it's Friday. Perhaps our 'rad' detectors are on early shut down for the weekend but, for whatever reason, we thought this vid from shitbox83mustang was cute. But hell if his screen name doesn't make up for it!

The dude doing the videoing has, evidently, mellowed with the advent of fatherhood. Whoever thought he'd find it adorable that his daughter is basically climbing all over his engine saying "what's this, daddy?"

As he admits, had she done this about 15 years ago he would have been seriously pissed off but now he just doesn't seem to care. Not least, we imagine, because his 'Stang probably looked a damn sight better 15 years ago, too!

For a slightly cooler kid, check out the 15 Year Old in a BMW M3 Outrunning The Cops video!

Don't worry, if someone catches you watching the Car & Kid video, just pretend you hit the wrong link.

Here is a video brought to you by cd875d5b.

What happens when you put a Magnuson 122 Supercharger on a GM LS2? Well, with the aide of other parts you can achieve an astonishing 759 ft/lbs of torque and 725 HP!

You have to got to hear the sound of this amazing piece of engineering!
