As the 'stud' in this ad shows, while he might be adept with an e-brake, he's still lacking a few brain cells...and a taste gene, if those fluffy dice are anything to go by.

Moron Pickup Truck Driver

Everybody's in a hurry; we all want to get from A to B as fast as possible. Sometimes you can cheat, get around the guy in front. Sometimes, that's probably not such a great idea...like with this moron in his pickup who tries to create a second lane...in a tunnel!...where there quite clearly is not room for one.

The driver of the car that's videoing is, understandably, rather upset.
