Driving in the 2004 rally, and having just escaped the police chopper, Nicholas Frankl & Alex Roy are keen to make good progress. Using the hard shoulder to cut the line at the traffic lights is a standard rally maneuver...there just isn't usually a cop sitting at the front of the line!
