In the realm of cars, bigger isn't always better, at least where performance is concerned. Obviously, bigger horsepower numbers = good. Bigger curb weight = bad.

One of the simplest mods you can make to your car is your rims. Thankfully the day of the spinner is dead, but that doesn't mean that good judgment always comes into play where the question of size is concerned.

Which is where this video comes in. At what point did 28 inch wheels seem like a good idea? Is this the rim equivalent of a 65-year old dude driving a red Ferrari?
