A legend has left this world, and we were blessed to have met him. Wally Parks, the driving force behind the NHRA has died at the age of 94. The
NHRA has a more in depth announcement. Last spring, we had the opportunity to meet Wally, and I remember then thinking that once he started talking about cars and racing, how young and vibrant he suddenly became. This man truly loved cars and his passion transcended the generations and touched us all. It was a real pleasure to have met you Wally, burn some rubber for us on your way through the pearly gates.
