This clip shot at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, California is of retired Japanese race car driver turned motor journalist, Gan San Kurosawa, doing a lap in a RX-8. The video is from Japan's automobile magazine, video, and DVD series called "Best Motoring".

What you'll see and hear: Initially you hear the Japanese language, but as soon as Kurosawa, slides behind the wheel the language barrier disappears. Then you watch Kurosawa drive the serpentine track. The video features the pedal action and speed in pulled out boxes to the right of the driver so you can watch him work the pedals and check rpms/speed. Cool!
