VRAlexander,
Evolution Motorsport and StreetFire's Jonathan Fambrough team up to capture VR and his
2005 Carrera GT win the
TEXAS MILE standing mile record for the Porsche Carrera GT. Congratulations VR and thanks for sharing this moment with StreetFire.
EVOMS) staff tests the GT on the dyno and shows the test results. It's fun to watch the GT's back wing appear. It raises a little over six inches when the car achieves 75 mph then pulls back in flush at a speed reduction of 50 mph or less. Cool! Then we watch VR take the CGT out on the
TEXAS MILE runway. Like the jets that normally take to the air off this runway, you'll watch and listen to the CGT wind out and win the record.
This is one of the sexiest cars I've ever laid my eyes on whether standing still or in the wind. You should watch VR's
CGT Compilation or any of his video uploads. They are exciting, professionally done and show a skilled auto enthusiast at work and play.
